LICENSING
Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support for purchased extensions and themes.
SOFTWARE UPDATES
Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license key, and your plugin(s) supports it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If your plugin(s) does not support automatic upgrades, then updates can be downloaded from your account page.
SUPPORT SERVICES
Support for purchased plugins is given up to one year after the purchase date if the subscription is canceled. Active license holders get support until the plugin license expires.
REFUNDS
Refunds are provided only if the listed feature doesn’t work on your site & our support was not able to resolve the issue.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on https://nfviews.com/ are non-refundable or exchangeable. Refunds are only provided if support is not able to resolve the issue with the product.
PayPal transaction fee of 4% is not refundable.
